My Dream Dresser

This was and probably will forever be the only piece we have bought for over $100.  I fell in love with it.  It has a wonderful wood top and big deep drawers and some fun columns.  What's not to love.  This guy hung out in our living room for the longest time and he was happy there, at least I think.  Then we had this overwhelming need to sell all our bedroom furniture and start again.  This guy got to move into our room where he will forever stay.  I am shocked he didn't make it in there in the first place.

One day were were walking around home depot waiting for some paint to get mixed up when we wandered over to the cabinet area.  There was this amazing deep turquoise cabinet.  After a lot of employees and some fun color matching over at the paint center we ended up picking another color.  Ha didn't think i was going to say that huh!  Well it happens.  It is a similar color but it caught my eye while we were working on matching the other one.  We love and it.  I think it is still one of my favorite pieces.








The color is Behr Venus Teal.  The top is stained with Minwax Jacobean.  It is all finished with Minwax Finishing Paste.
