A Quick Update

We bought this when we moved into our new place not too long ago.  We desperately needed something and this turned up.  It is solid wood and has minor nicks and scratches.  I figured I would update it one day...that day still hasn't come.  So one day when a good friend was over we decided to tackle the incredibly chunky, gold pulls and knobs.  The knobs turned out to be three separate pieces including small nails that needed to be painted too.  It was a quick change that made a big difference.  Sadly, this guy is being replaced as we speak by a green beauty sitting in the garage.  Maybe it will get a makeover after all since it will no longer be in use.

The handles were painted with Rustoleum Painter's Touch in White.

About Me

My photo
Growing up we never realized that we could make or change our furniture. Now that we are old and grown..ha..we realized that you can do anything you want to do. We like finding an old battered piece of furniture and seeing what we can make of it. We find joy in the journey and love seeing our pieces go to someone who loves them. Our house is slowly changing to whatever we want it to be and we are loving seeing the transformation.
